When will my order be dispatched?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days from the time they're placed (sale periods & peak holiday times may have delays)

When will my order arrive?

All parcels are shipped via Australia Post from our studio on the Sunshine Coast, QLD.

Estimated delivery times for Standard Shipping are as follows:

Within the same metro area: 2–3 business days
Interstate (metro to metro): 3–6 business days
Regional & remote areas: 4–10 business days

Estimated delivery times for Express Shipping are as follows:

Metro areas (major cities) : 1-2 business days

What are your candles made of?

Our candles are made with natural soy wax, phthalate-free fragrance oils, and cotton wicks. They're clean-burning, vegan-friendly, and safe to enjoy in your home.

Are your candles vegan & cruelty free?

Yes! Our candles are 100% vegan and cruelty-free. We don’t use any animal-derived ingredients, and none of our products or materials are tested on animals.

Are your candles safe to use around pets?

Yes! We use natural soy wax which is safe for burning in your home around humans & pets.

We do not use pure essential oils (some are known to be harmful to pets), we use high quality fragrance oils that are free from phthalates & parabens.

While we don't use ingredients known to be harmful, we always recommend using fragranced products with care around pets including burning candles in a well ventilated space.

Do you offer international shipping?

At the moment, we only ship to Australia & New Zealand , but we’re working on expanding our shipping options and hope to offer more international delivery very soon! Stay tuned and follow us for updates.
