Returns & Refunds for Damaged or Defective Items
- Damaged or Defective Items: We take great care in packaging your candles to ensure they arrive safely to your home. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your items.
- Incorrect Items: If you receive the wrong item, please notify us immediately. We will arrange to send the correct item or issue a full refund.
No Returns or Exchanges for Change of Mind
- Change of Mind: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or offer exchanges for candles that have been opened, used, or for any change of mind. Please make sure to review your order carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions about a product, feel free to reach out to us before placing your order.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on the following:
- Change of mind.
- Slight variation in colour (Our candles are all individually hand made in small batches meaning no two candles are exactly the same).
- Candle sweating or frosting.
- Sale items.
- Items not returned in its original packaging.
- Custom or personalised items.
- Sale or clearance items.
- Used candles.
