Order Processing Time

• Express Shipping: Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days.
• Standard Shipping: Orders are dispatched within 2-3 business days.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• During busy periods (like holidays or promotions), processing may take a little longer, but we will notify you if there are any delays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

• $10.99 Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days after dispatch.
• $14.99 Express Shipping: Delivery typically takes 1-3 business days after dispatch.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to check the status of your shipment on the carrier’s website.

Shipping Restrictions

• We currently ship with Australia only.
• We do not ship to P.O. boxes; please ensure you provide a valid street address for delivery.

International Shipping
